Common Questions
How do I connect my Shopify store?
Go to your dashboard settings and select "Connect Store." Follow the OAuth flow to authorize PressDecks to access your product catalog. Your press kit will automatically sync with pricing, images, and SKU data.
Can I download my press kit as a PDF?
Yes. In your press kit, click the "Download" button and select your preferred format (PDF, ZIP with all assets, or individual files). Print-ready files are automatically optimized for your chosen format.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You'll have full access to all features during the trial period.
How do I invite team members?
From your dashboard, go to "Team Settings" and click "Invite Team Member." Enter their email and select their role (Viewer, Editor, or Admin). They'll receive an invitation link to join.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Billing is monthly or annual, and you can change your plan anytime.
